You will pursue RAC certification with company support, join a strong nurse leadership team, and work a weekday-focused schedule with on-call rotation to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with state board.
• CPR certification current.
• MDS 3.0 experience or willingness to train and RAC-certified.

Responsibilities

• Complete MDS 3.0 assessments and CMS submissions in a timely manner.
• Oversee Care Plan initiation and updates with the team.
• Support nursing care delivery and patient-centered care initiatives.
