Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC in Florida is seeking an RN to lead the MDS/PDPM process within our facility. You will plan, organize, and direct the MDS/PDPM workflow, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely submissions and compliant care plans.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience in a similar setting, and 6 months as an MDS Coordinator. RAC-CT or RNAC is preferred. COVID-19 vaccination is required.

• Assist in completion of the Resident Assessment with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Ensure that MDS, RAI process and Care plans are completed and transmitted timely.
• Assist in audits, denials and ADRs as requested by CES.
