Avir Health Group in Texas is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to join our family-oriented team. The role centers on completing the RAI process for each resident and ensuring timely transmission and verification with the State, while building a high-performing care culture.

You will lead a supervision of staff, uphold federal and state participation standards, and collaborate with care teams to optimize resident outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in healthcare.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal/State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI data by the State.

We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required byState and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.
