AVIR Health Group in Monahans, TX is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. The licensed RN will supervise the RAI process for each resident, ensuring accurate transmission and verification by state authorities while fostering a high-performing, resident-centered team.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards as per Federal and State regulations.

• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI data with State authorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team in a family-oriented environment.

The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required byState and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator:

• Valid Texas Nurse License.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.

• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
