Job summary

Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family in Texas. We are looking for a licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about building and leading a high-performing team to execute the RAI process per State and Federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nursing License.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care operating standards as set forth in Federal and State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI-related documents with the State.
• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team and foster a family-focused culture.

Qualifications for MDS Coordinator

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
