Job summary

Avir Vista is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family in Texas. This Licensed MDS Coordinator will complete the RAI process for each resident and ensure transmission and verification with state authorities.

Qualifications

• Texas nursing license and MDS Coordinator credentialing.
• CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in hospital, SNF or related healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of federal/state long-term care regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for every resident and ensure accuracy of data.
• Transmit and verify RAI submissions with State authorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team and culture.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies.
