Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. The role requires a Texas-licensed RN or LVN to complete the RAI process for each resident, and to transmit and verify receipt with State authorities.

You will lead a high-performing team, build a collaborative culture, and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations. Walk-ins are welcome daily, with competitive benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas nursing license (RN or LVN).
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of Federal Regulations and State POA as related to long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by State and Federal regulations.
• Transmit and verify receipt of RAI submissions with State authorities.
• Lead and build a high-performing MDS team.
