Job summary

Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator LPN to coordinate the MDS process, ensure accurate clinical documentation, and support regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing setting.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to maximize reimbursement and contribute to quality care and positive outcomes. Active MA LPN license required; MDS experience preferred; competitive compensation and benefits.
