Job summary

Vantage in Andover is seeking an MDS Coordinator to coordinate and complete resident assessments in line with state and federal regulations. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to support quality care outcomes and reimbursement accuracy.

The role requires an active Massachusetts RN license and MDS experience is preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills and knowledge of long-term care regulations are essential.
