Avir Vista in Texas is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family. A licensed nurse will complete the RAI process for each resident and ensure transmission and verification by the State.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas nursing license.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
