Avir Vista in Dallas, TX seeks a licensed MDS Coordinator to lead the RAI process, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, and drive a high-performing team. You will oversee assessments for residents, coordinate care planning, and ensure timely transmission and verification of records.

Qualificações

• Licensed Texas nurse with CPR certification and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulatory standards and Federal/State rules.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure RAI processes are compliant and timely.

Responsabilidades

• Complete the RAI process for each resident as required by regulations.
• Oversee transmission and verification of records with State authorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing MDS team within the facility.
