Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of three years in long-term care.
• MDS/RAI experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all MDS assessments.
• Verify compliance with federal, state, and facility MDS regulations.
• Supervise MDS data entry, validation, and transmission.
