Qualifications

• MDS 3.0 experience in skilled nursing facilities is required.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations and billing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure utilization of the interdisciplinary rehab team process in MDS/RAI formulation.
• Review chart documentation, observe care, and assist with chart audits as needed.
• Provide clinical guidance and access to relevant reference materials.
