• Knowledge and training in all aspects of the MDS process.
• Current State License as a Nurse (RN).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Keep up with federal and state regulations and professional standards.
• Coordinate and monitor the written plan of care with the MDS and nursing team.
• Assist with discharge processes and review nurse notes for care plan alignment.
• Perform regular documentation audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold infection control practices.
