Qualifications & Experience Requirements for MDS Coordinator:

• Must have, as a minimum, 1 year of experience as an MDS Coordinator
• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
• Must have, as a minimum, 1 year of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland
