The MDS Nurse RAC reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments, coordinating the RAI process, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies. This role is key in helping the facility achieve and maintain quality outcomes and proper reimbursement.
