The MDS Nurse RAC reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments and coordination of the RAI process. This role oversees Medicare, Medicaid (case mix), and managed care to ensure appropriate clinical services and reimbursement. Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies, is essential. The role is a vital part of the management team, contributing to quality outcomes and operational success.
