POSITION OVERVIEW

Here's what you'll do:

• Manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to assess residents' needs and develop care plans.
• Promote communication across teams to ensure care plans are followed.
• Ensure proper reimbursement for resident care services.
• Stay informed on current standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license
• 2+ years of MDS (resident assessment) experience
• Experience in Long-Term Care required
