Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Providing care and compassion to residents, making a positive difference in their lives.
  • Supporting team members and assisting with onboarding new staff.
  • Promoting individualized resident support through assessment coordination using RAI tools.
  • Managing the interdisciplinary care plan process as a resident advocate.
  • Overseeing resident assessments for case mix reimbursement and transmitting MDS reports according to guidelines.
  • Participating in Quality Improvement committees to enhance resident outcomes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate Owen Valley’s values to residents, families, and staff.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN License.
  • At least one year of nursing management experience in long-term care.
  • Two years of professional nursing experience in relevant settings.
  • Knowledge of Resident Assessment Instrument, Care planning, and MDS 2.0.
  • Understanding of OBRA regulations and current reimbursement guidelines.
  • Familiarity with laws and regulations affecting nursing facility care.
