POSITION OVERVIEW

Here's what you'll do when you join us:

  • Manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to assess residents' needs and create care plans.
  • Promote communication across teams to ensure care plans are followed.
  • Ensure appropriate reimbursement for resident care services.
  • Stay informed about current regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  • Current, valid state RN or LPN license
  • At least 2 years of MDS (resident assessment) experience
  • Prior experience in Long-Term Care is required
