AVIR Health Group is seeking a licensed MDS Coordinator to join our family-focused team in Texas. You will lead and build a high-performing team, ensuring accurate completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process for every resident and timely transmission and verification with State authorities.
The ideal candidate holds a Texas nursing license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in healthcare, with knowledge of long-term care regulations.
We are searching for a Licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high‑performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required by State and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.
