Job summary

Scope of Project

DSS has a constant increased need for the provision of full systems life cycle applications development on various computer platforms, including a variety of client eligibility and recertification systems, employment/work engagement services, claims systems, etc., that are critical to the operation and functioning of DSS programs, requiring periodic refinements to maintain the applications at optimum service levels. Having a project portfolio which properly reflects the user's business needs and DSS' workload is crucial. Therefore, there is a need for IT consulting resources for the expanding responsibilities at DSS.

Required/Preferred Skills

A minimum of 2 years of experience with the following skill sets:

• Proven ability to manage complex IT projects end-to-end, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, risk management, and successful delivery within timelines.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale mobile environments using MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE and Intune, including deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle management.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal staff and external vendors, and provide clear status reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring device security (encryption, antivirus), and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
