Job summary

Coforge is seeking a highly experienced MDM Architect to lead the architecture, design, and migration of an enterprise Master Data Management platform to Reltio. The role will own the target-state MDM architecture, including data modeling, match & merge strategy, integrations, cloud architecture, security, and regulatory compliance within a regulated industry environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Enterprise Data Architecture experience.
• 8+ years of MDM experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Reltio MDM.
• Experience migrating Informatica MDM to Reltio.
• Executive stakeholder management (CIO/CDO/CDAO).
• TOGAF or equivalent EA certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end Reltio MDM architecture across HCP, HCO, and Outlet domains.
• Lead migration from Informatica MDM to Reltio, including data model, match rules, survivorship, and integrations.
• Define L3 data models, hierarchies, reference data, and identity/crosswalk strategies.
• Architect integrations using Reltio APIs, Event Streams, Veeva CRM, Workato, Snowflake, and ADF.
• Define cloud landing zone architecture and security controls across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Provide architectural leadership, governance, and stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with Reltio Professional Services and internal delivery teams.
