Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 5–10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business needs; translate requirements into solutions.
• Plan, facilitate and manage fact-finding and analysis sessions.
• Design and configure application software; document functional designs for RICE objects.
• Lead design workshops and manage scope to reduce risks.
• Triage defects and assist with testing across interfaces and data conversions.
• Coordinate and mentor teams; ensure quality and timely delivery.
