Job summary

EY is seeking a Functional Architect to drive the management and delivery of client engagements focused on Oracle Utilities MDM solutions. You’ll translate client requirements into working designs, mentor teams, and participate in sales and practice development with Power & Utilities clients.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years in Oracle Utilities implementations, strong business analysis, change management, and exceptional communication skills. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• Proven track record with Oracle Utilities implementations (5–10+ years).
• Experience working with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into working MDM solutions within Oracle Utilities.
• Engage with executives and participate in sales and practice development.
• Mentor and coach EY teams to build high-performing, inclusive cultures.
• Lead design workshops and document functional designs (RICE objects).
• Plan, facilitate, and manage workshops; track progress and risks.
