Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions
• 5–10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with a valid driver’s license
• Proven ability to work with customers across departments

Responsibilities

• Identifies and documents business needs and requirements with clients
• Plans, facilitates and manages fact-finding and analysis sessions
• Designs and configures application software
• Leads design workshops and manages functional scope
• Conducts business process analysis for successful roll-out
• Manages interfaces, data conversion and change management initiatives
• Coordinates testing, issue resolution and risk mitigation
• Delivers knowledge transfer and client support throughout engagements
