Shr ive Technologies LLC is seeking a strategic Master Data Management (MDM) Delivery Leader to own enterprise identity, person, provider, location and reference data initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities, architecture standards, data governance and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of all Master Data Product initiatives.
• Translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure delivery priorities align to business outcomes.
• Support enhancements on NextGate.
• Lead planning and execution activities associated with the future Verato migration.
• Deliver enhancements supporting enterprise identity, householding, relationships, consent, and future roadmap capabilities.
• Expand platform capabilities to support enterprise-wide use cases.
• Drive enhancements to Provider Master on Reltio.
• Support onboarding of Independent Providers and additional provider domains.
• Improve provider data quality, stewardship, and operational workflows.
• Lead design and delivery of Location Master & Insurance Plan Master capabilities.
• Establish foundational location hierarchy, reference data, and integration patterns.
• Drive modern engineering practices, automation, quality controls, and operational excellence.
• Establish reusable patterns and accelerators across master data domains.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Collaborate closely with Master Data Product Management and Data Architecture & Data Modeling.
