Job summary

WWE is seeking an MDM Analyst in New York to join the Data Governance team. You will be hands-on, supporting the implementation of the MDM strategy and working with data stewards, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

You will perform data profiling, define master data requirements, maintain the Atlan data catalog, and produce data quality scorecards and program metrics for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data, analytical, or administrative support roles with hands-on data exposure.
• A degree in information systems, data, business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of data concepts such as data quality, data structures, metadata, and data lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling and data quality analysis across key master data domains, identifying duplicates and data quality issues.
• Define and document master data requirements, business rules, data quality rules, and validation criteria.
• Document how master data is created, maintained, distributed, and consumed across the organization.
• Track data quality issues from identification to remediation and closure.
• Document MDM details in the data catalog (Atlan) and manage catalog administration including access.
• Provide recurring MDM reporting and present metrics to senior management.
