Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent semiconductor experience.
• Leadership experience in semiconductor/manufacturing settings.
• Experience with films/metals/implant processes (CVD/ALD/PVD/Diffusion/implant).
• Strong problem solving and multi-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift engineering teams to meet 24/7 operational goals.
• Partner with Process Development, Integration, Equipment, and Manufacturing.
• Coordinate wafer execution, data quality, and defect reduction.
• Drive operational excellence by improving cycle times and removing bottlenecks.
• Develop workflows and AI-enabled practices to enhance efficiency.
