Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap for Advanced DRAM Films development and provide technical leadership across epi, device films, hardmask technologies, HAR deposition, and diffusion processes.
• Lead and develop a growing organization of engineers, technical leads, and future managers with a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
• Drive manufacturing strategy and technology execution from pathfinding to high-volume manufacturing, balancing performance, manufacturability and cost.
• Lead strategic engagements with equipment and materials suppliers to enable future DRAM nodes and co-develop advanced technologies.
