Leo Berwick seeks a Vice President – Financial Modeling to lead greenfield financial models for mid-market infrastructure M&A deals. You will build robust, Excel-based models and provide strategic insights to clients and deal teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and credentials such as CPA or CFA. The role offers remote flexibility with travel within the US and Canada in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial modeling for M&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• CPA or CFA or comparable professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create greenfield models and operate deal financial models for M&A transactions.
• Use Excel-based review software to identify structural and formula risks.
• Perform valuation analyses: cash flow, precedent transactions, comps.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating model findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to align modeling with transaction objectives.
• Coordinate with legal and tax to integrate models with processes.
• Conduct rigorous model reviews to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
