• 15+ years of experience in Data Design and Management within the finance industry.
• Core competency in Process Re-engineering with hands-on execution of redesigns.
• Strong team leadership and strategy delivery in large delivery teams.
• Proven project management leadership to drive large programs in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior partners.
• Collaborative, able to work across organizations to achieve bank-wide goals.
• Advanced analytical skills, qualitative and quantitative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of data-centric solutions for Alternatives Investment.
• Partner with Accounting Operations, BU CFO, FP&A, Product, Global Delivery and Technology to improve data management and governance across product types.
• Drive a run-the-bank program to improve production data controls and new releases.
• Lead Change the Bank efforts to publish new authoritative data sets on alternatives products.
• Establish operating models and controls along the data supply chain; develop KPIs to measure impact.
