The role focuses on aligning data strategy with enterprise objectives, collaborating with multiple functions, and delivering run-the-bank and change-the-bank initiatives to establish authoritative data sets and robust

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in Data Design and Management in finance.
• Experience in data architecture design and governance within finance.
• Hands-on process re-engineering across business processes.
• Direct leadership of a solution delivery team with strategic delivery.
• Project management leadership to drive large programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Alternatives Data Strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Accounting Operations, BU CFO, FP&A, Product, Tech to improve data operations.
• Lead run-the-bank program: governance, data production controls, and releases.
• Lead Change the Bank initiative: publish and distribute authoritative data sets.
• Establish future operating models with clear data supply chain roles and controls.
