Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston seeks an Alternatives Project Manager Vice President to lead a program across initiatives for our Alternatives Fund Services line. You will develop project plans, roadmaps, business cases, and wireframes, and coordinate cross-functional teams with stakeholders.

You will harness AI to improve processes, document schedules, dependencies, and architecture, and present status to senior management.

Qualifications

8+ years in financial industry product, project, or program management.
Experience implementing AI process solutions.
Prior product management, change management, or consulting exposure.
Prior project management for business transformation initiatives.
MBA or PMP credentials preferred.
Experience with Jira & Confluence—reporting, setups, Advanced Roadmaps.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Project, Copilot and PowerPoint.
Ability to create visual models such as Gantt charts and data flows.
AI literate with ability to translate insights into decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, product roadmap, business case, objectives, and wireframes.
Use AI to build efficiencies in project and program management processes.
Document program schedule, milestones, dependencies, and cross-product links.
Share opportunities for process improvements and host deep-dive forums.
Collaborate with tech and operations for enhanced status reporting via Atlassian tools.
Manage complex client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders.
