Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Data Product and Execution Manager, Vice President for our Boston office. The role drives advanced data product solutions across client coverage and product businesses, requiring extensive hands‑on data domain experience and strong leadership in product lifecycle execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 17 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• At least 15 years of hands‑on experience in core data domains in asset management (Sales, Flow, product, marketing, finance).
• At least 10 years of data product management experience with product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile product manager, data analyst, and engineering team to deliver innovative data product solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to execute cross‑border projects and share best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior data product managers, data analysts, and engineers.
• Oversee data demand and problem rationalization, product feature design, and data workflows for structured and unstructured data, leveraging AI.
• Pioneer design and development of data agents using agentic AI frameworks.
