C4 Planning Solutions, LLC is seeking a MCTIMS System Integrator Team Lead in Jacksonville, NC. The role requires expert-level MCTIMS proficiency and strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams supporting Marine Corps training management.

The position involves travel to Government Customer sites (up to 25%), delivering training, guiding issue resolution, and ensuring adherence to procedures and performance standards. An active security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in systems integration/leadership.
• Active security clearance required.
• Willing to travel up to 25% to Government sites.
• Experience with DoD/MCTIMS or similar training management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day functional leadership for personnel supporting MCTIMS operations.
• Serve as SME on MCTIMS modules, workflows, and training management requirements.
• Coordinate team activities and monitor workload distribution.
• Oversee MCTIMS ticket management and resolution timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex MCTIMS user issues requiring advanced functional knowledge.
• Develop and deliver MCTIMS training to system users as required.
• Maintain SOPs, QA, and performance standards across the team.
• Support development of training materials and user guidance.
