Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification.
• One year or part-time equivalent experience supporting behavioral health members.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to use company vehicle to drive clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage, inspire, and facilitate conversations to support members in recovery goals.
• Promote Telecare’s Recovery Culture (RCCS) within the team.
• Respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation to maintain a least restrictive environment.
