Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an energetic MClub Attendant for the Boston Marriott Burlington to deliver memorable lounge experiences and exceptional guest service. You will welcome guests, maintain a relaxing lounge atmosphere, and curate food & beverage presentations while ensuring the space is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide personalized service
Create a relaxing and inviting lounge atmosphere during evening hours
Set up and maintain MClub food & beverage presentations
Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked
Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
Ensure only eligible guests access the lounge
Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience
