Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of bartender experience, current certification, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced bar environment.

Qualifications

• Current bartenders’ certification or license required.
• Knowledge of latest mixology trends.
• 2-4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and circulate at the bar area.
• Maintain daily bar setup and stock levels.
• Guide guests on beverage selections with descriptive selling.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Be the bar expert, enhancing conversations with details.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to leave them satisfied.
• Present accurate bills and finalize guest experience.
• Stock replenishment and fruit/vegetable garnish prep daily.
• Input orders into POS and manage checks.
