Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented MClub Attendant to join our team at the Boston Marriott Burlington. You’ll welcome guests, maintain a welcoming lounge, and ensure top-notch food and beverage presentation in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus, and growth opportunities are highlighted

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide personalized service
• Create a relaxing and inviting lounge atmosphere during evening hours
• Set up and maintain MClub food & beverage presentations
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Ensure only eligible guests access the lounge
• Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience
