Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a vibrant MClub Attendant for our Boston Marriott Burlington property. You will welcome guests, maintain the lounge, and deliver personalized service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will set up and present food and beverages, ensure cleanliness and stock levels, and collaborate with other departments to create memorable experiences. A positive, service-oriented attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus (but not required!)

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide personalized service
• Create a relaxing and inviting lounge atmosphere during evening hours
• Set up and maintain our MClub food & beverage presentations
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Ensure only eligible guests access the lounge
• Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience
