Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Banquet Server at the Boston Marriott Burlington to support banquet functions and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will set up event spaces, serve guests, and ensure smooth tear-down while maintaining safety and professionalism across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of food service experience in a 4- or 5-star venue, strong beverage knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

2-4 years of food service experience, preferably Banquet service.
Experience in a 4-star, 5-star venue with synchronized service.
Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Set up for functions, including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and centerpieces.
Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function location, and clear dishes.
Break down, bussing tables, and organizing storerooms; clean back hall.
Assist with event room setup and break stations; stock workstations.
Provide information about menu items and accommodate dietary requests.
Maintain safety and cleanliness; interact professionally with guests and staff.
