Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an energetic MClub Attendant for the Boston Marriott Burlington to deliver warm, personalized service in a full-service hotel lounge.

You will help set up and maintain the MClub experience, ensuring a clean, inviting lounge while collaborating with other departments to create memorable guest moments. Prior hospitality or food service is a plus, but training is provided.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide personalized service
• Create a relaxing and inviting lounge atmosphere during evening hours
• Set up and maintain our MClub food & beverage presentations
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Ensure only eligible guests access the lounge
• Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience
