Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks an energetic MClub Attendant for the Boston Marriott Burlington. You will greet guests, type up service with a personal touch, and maintain a welcoming lounge. This full-service hotel role emphasizes guest satisfaction and teamwork in a dynamic setting.

The position offers $17/hour plus tips, with full benefits and opportunities for growth within Pyramid's portfolio. Prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required, and you’ll join a supportive team

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or food service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide personalized service.
• Create a relaxing and inviting lounge atmosphere during evening hours.
• Set up and maintain our MClub food & beverage presentations.
• Keep the lounge clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
