Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field.
• Experience with at-risk youth and homelessness programs.
• Experience with grant management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the consortium.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee McKinney-Vento referrals and services.
• Serve as liaison between students, families, districts, and agencies.
• Manage grant applications, budgets, and reporting.
• Maintain records using Synergy and data systems.
• Facilitate trainings, meetings, and community outreach.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Represent organization in partnerships and professional meetings.
