Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Crisis Triage Supervisor to oversee a team of Triage Clinicians and ensure rapid, compassionate responses to crises through efficient triage and mobile assessments.

The role requires a Master’s in a mental health field, LICSW/LMHC licensure, and 2+ years of post-graduate clinical and supervisory experience, with a focus on crisis intervention and de-escalation. The position includes weekend night shifts and pays $40.16/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Bachelor 's-level Triage Counselors.
• Manage and coordinate incoming crisis assessment requests across AMCI and YMCI teams.
• Monitor the phone dashboard, mobile team movement, and call quality during shifts.
• Assign crisis staff to cases based on triage guidelines and shift needs.
• Provide real-time oversight and leadership to ensure shift productivity.
• Ensure mobile assessments are prioritized and promptly assigned.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Central Intake, Co-Response Supervisors, and MCI staff.

What You'll Do

As a Triage Supervisor, you will oversee a team of Triage Clinicians and ensure a rapid, compassionate response to individuals in crisis by managing the flow of crisis calls and ensuring appropriate assignments of mobile assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Bachelor 's-level Triage Counselors.
• Manage and coordinate incoming crisis assessment requests across AMCI and YMCI teams.
• Monitor the phone dashboard, mobile team movement, and call quality during shifts.
• Assign crisis staff to cases based on triage guidelines and shift needs.
• Provide real-time oversight and leadership to ensure shift productivity.
• Ensure mobile assessments are prioritized and promptly assigned.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Central Intake, Co-Response Supervisors, and MCI staff.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field (required).
• LICSW or LMHC licensure (required).
