Job summary

Aerotek in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled MCC Panel Technician / E-House Electrician to build custom MCC panels and E-House power systems in a climate-controlled facility. You’ll read electrical schematics, terminate wires, install bus bars, and perform electrical and mechanical assembly across multiple project phases, with first shift hours and overtime available to support on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building MCC panels, control panels, switchgear, or E-House systems.
• Strong electrical wiring and panel assembly skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience routing, terminating, and labeling wires.
• Experience building electrical panels from scratch.
• Comfortable performing both electrical and mechanical assembly work.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble MCC panels and E-House systems from start to finish
• Route, terminate, and wire components according to electrical schematics
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings
• Install bus bars, control devices, and electrical components
• Perform both electrical and mechanical assembly tasks
• Work across multiple phases of the production process
• Troubleshoot assembly challenges during custom builds
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
