Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Electrician for a contract-to-hire position in Tomball, TX. The role requires reading one-line diagrams, installing MCCs, VFDs, switchgear, UPS, and related control systems within a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Work is days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime possible. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, with full benefits eligibility as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as electrician in manufacturing MCC/PDC.
• Experience with MV/LV drives, MCCs, switchgear, UPS.
• Strong NEC knowledge and electrical theory.

Responsibilities

• Wire equipment per one-line diagrams and specifications.
• Install cable tray, conduit, VFDs, MCCs, UPS in PDC buildings.
• Measure and install conduit using tools.
• Report progress and input to the Project Execution Plan.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
