Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living is seeking a dedicated caregiver to deliver personalized resident care and support daily living activities. You will work closely with residents and teammates to maintain comfort, dignity, and safety in a caring environment.

The role requires empathy, excellent communication, and reliability, with full-time weekend availability (6am–2pm). Training and a collaborative team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and legal eligibility to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience interacting with and relating to seniors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work full time, including weekends (6am–2pm).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, bathing, grooming).
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and escort as needed.
• Help with housekeeping tasks and keeping rooms clean and organized.
• Record care activities in eHR and other systems per care plans.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to the Resident Services Director.

Ultimate responsibility: Deliver personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs.

Other primary responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming
• Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer
• Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
• Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan
• Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director

Requirements

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
• Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
• Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
