Job summary

Tenfold Senior Living in Elk Grove, CA is seeking caring team members to provide personalized resident care, building trust and lasting relationships with seniors.

You will assist with daily living tasks, mobility, and housekeeping, while documenting care in eHR and coordinating with the Resident Services Director. Strong communication and compassion are essential; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience interacting with and relating to seniors.
• Meets licensing and background requirements as applicable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care services (bathing, dressing, grooming, bathroom)
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Assist with housekeeping (making beds, cleaning kitchen and bathroom)
• Use eHR and other systems to track and deliver care per each resident’s care plan
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to the Resident Services Director

Other primary responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming
• Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer
• Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
• Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan
• Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director

Requirements

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED, preferred
• Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
• Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements
